The shoulder is a bit too high. the blades vary in thickness so there needs to be some slop. I wasn't sure I'd get the thread right so I eyeballed it. also the clearance hole is not centered on the screw hole but what do you expect for an $8 knife.

Bitsy threading trouble.

I finally got around to setting up my sin plate but I got lazy after having to fight my rotary table and just stuck it in the vise. I made this of a scrap of aluminum to see how well it would mill before I did it in steel and put the thread on.
Here is the setup
Here it is sitting loose in the knife.
pretty easy once I fixed the mounting plate for my rotary table. Much grippier.
