Bridgeport Knee ?

Hello all I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the knee for an older round ram mill 9" parts are the same as the newer 12" dovetail ram. Now I know the shafts and lead screws will be longer but the dial holders and such should be the same right? Just don't want to order the wrong parts. Thanks for any help
