Bronze bushings with oil groove

We make bushings all the time to replace needle bearings in some of the British car gearboxes that we work on. In our case there is no need for high precision, we just need grooves for the oil to pass through. We use a Dremel with a ball cutter and hand cut the grooves. Never had a problem!

That's what I did yesterday, as I needed one bushing right away.
