Can anyone grind some small magnets for me

I have two small magnets that I need ground. They are approx 7/16 long and are an "L" shape with a 1/4" leg that would go down on the chuck. The tops of the other leg of the L is what needs to be ground. They would need coolant mist or flood when ground. Unfortunately I do need a quick turn around time on them.

Drilling them with cobalt didn't work for me, barely left a mark , grinding might work
