When I snapped the pic, I didn't realize it would be for sale so I didn't bother to get a manufacturer or model. The wheel is huge - 3" x 20" maybe??? Thanks for looking.

May be a Hammond , but I'm not positive . They have or use to be a top seller and performed beautifully.
 
If the wheel is ceramic, It may be from an optical lab.

Looks like a modified one of these.
