Can anyone identify these lathe change gears?

I know this is a long shot but ….Can anyone identify these gears?
A neighbor gave me a set of gears, but did not know anything about them. They look like a set of metric change gears for a lathe. Bore ID is approx 16mm or 5/8” and 19 mm or ¾” on the hub gear.
Along with them is a spindle adapter MT5 to MT3
Looking at the stamping and the sizes – does anyone recognize what machine they belong to?

They are very similar to the ones on my Chinese 13x40.

That's a start. I will begin looking at the Grizzly and Jet info and see if I can find any specs and sizes included in a set.

M5 to M3 adapter makes me think something like 12x36 or 13x40, and there are probably others.
