Would a J head ram and head fit on this machine or would the J head fit on the original ram? Someone gave a me a variable speed J head that seems to work. I am assuming that this is a very old machine with no power quill feed or geared quill feed. I like it because it is small.

Thanks

Well,,, It's a mill, made mainly out of cast iron, kinda heavy but manageable.

Any chance of a side view picture? I can't tell if it's a round ram. Swapping a varispeed head might be difficult.
Have you got the serial number? We can trace that.

What's the story on the lathe behind it?

This guy has a bunch of old machines that he has been trying to sell for 2 years. I think he is high on his pricing.

Bridgeport M-Head old school model with out power feed quill but I think the head bolt patten is the same as the J-head you might be able to put the good J-head on that machine.....
