Cheap (plastic) drill bit sharpener

Stopped by the Harbor Freight distribution center/store in Dillon, SC today and noticed this drill bit sharpener for the first time - http://www.harborfreight.com/drill-bit-sharpener-98061.html

wondered if anyone has tried it yet and what they thought of it as it is only a $4.99 toy, uh, tool?
