I made a part with a 1/4" end mill i had, and made the part strictly using math, and the dials. part came out oversized and I checked my math, and figured my dials just werent accurate. I measured the part touched off and was able to manually fix it. Later on I realized the end mill had been sharpened. measured .218" not .250". oops!
 
I must of burned this one up and put it away instead of the junk bin.
