I have a mill to convert and rather than another Mach3 license, PC, OS license, display, keyboard, mouse etc. I bought a 4 Axis DDCSV unit from a supplier with UK stock.
I eventually decrypted enough of the Chinglish manual to work out how to load and start a program. The manual says it's FANUC so I just loaded the default FANUC Post Processor in my BobCAD-CAM V25, knocked up a quick pocketing job based on a square and a circle and ran it, this is the last quarter of the run and it looks spot on ;-)
