cant remember how I moved the y chip slides out of the way for cleaning swarf out of knee elevation gear when I first got the mill.

I checked my supermax while in the shop today and I cannot move the cover to expose the opening to the gear. I hope this helps you I saw you did not receive any feedback. maybe grow a second elbow and go up from underneath the knee.
