Guys yesterday and today I work on my other chuck key which is for the camlock chuck.I made it little longer than the first one so that I could get behind the chuck.In past I was using a 3/8 extension which I had ground down to fit but it was a very loose fit.This one I don't think come out as good cause I forgot to rim the hole for the rod which I scratch the end up little.That rod I heated up to 540* but it come out more of a bronze color than the dark blue color like the other one.Looking at the pic dang there's few flaws that my eyes did not catch but the camera did.Anyway this was another fun project,special thanks to Doc and all the help that I receive from the guys.
