Did you broach the keys conventionally?

Oh and hurry up and fix that lathe, this is very interesting.

Hi guys,

Nothing really bad with the lathe; just the potentiometer; It should arrive today.

The keys are formed out of 5 parts. 4 strips soldered together into a square, then turned round on the lathe and finally Loctited inside a round tube.

Wagner did you use "soft solder" or "hard" as in silver bearing solder?

David

Hi David

Since the load is supported by the external tube, I've used soft solder, the caind used in electronics.
