Hi David,

Yes, everything with a curve in it was made in the CNC
The white stuff is still coming down; 25 inches so far.
Not usual around here (Could this at least be on workdays....)

Wagner, once you have cut out the shapes, how do you break all the sharp corners / edges?

Hi David

File and a lot of sandpaper. 220, 320, 500, 600 on all faces. Then 500/600 on the edges.

This parts (and most off the others) will be polished and coated with lacquer lather.
At least, this is the plan.

Awesome Wagner!. Were you adjusting the beat during the movie? At one point it sounded like it was slightly out of beat and then seemed better.

Fiddling with all the adjustments.
Surprised on how ease was to make it run for the first time.
The beat is easily adjusted by the two screws on the fork. The drop is another story... and to make the teeth fall on the dead face of the pallets took a while.
Needs more swing also.
