Cool tool I never knew existed

Hey y'all, a friend gave me a huge tote of old Harley mechanic tools from the 30's thru the 70's.
In it was this tool. It's a freakin' reversible tap wrench !!!!!
Comes in handy many times in the last month, since I figured out what it was..........................

Good Ol' Vaco. I have a few screwdrivers of theirs still laying around.
Need to find one of these with a 5/16 square for tool post screws...

EDIT: quick search on the 'Bay turned up several.... hmmm, TOOL TIME!

I believe that is a tool used by A/C techs to open and close service valves, but of course many tools can be used for things other than their intended purpose. Good find.

Craftsman makes an equivalent 12 point version, the Vacos look sturdier though

I've got a Gearwrench tap and die set with a ratcheting tap handle. Used it yesterday. Operates very smooth and makes tapping deep holes much easier. Love it.
