Corner rounding end mills

Its been several weeks since I started this thread. Thanks for all the feedback.

With the feedback here in hand, I did some small radius corner rounding using a carbide router bit. It worked very well and I will continue to use this technique.

The finish on that piece is superb.
When I use a round over router bit on the edges of wood I always get a sharp intersecting line where the cuts from the two edges meet.
How did you obtain the nice smooth rounded intersection at the corners?

I use a file to remove those sharp edges

Thanks Ron, I use 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper and shoe shine the corners.
 
Gorgeous. I'll be using my HF coupon tomorrow for their router bits.
