Climb milling produces a better finish and faster roughing times for several reasons, doing so on manual machines may be troublesome however. Why is that?

I use a file to remove those sharp edgesAlan
The finish on that piece is superb.
When I use a round over router bit on the edges of wood I always get a sharp intersecting line where the cuts from the two edges meet.
How did you obtain the nice smooth rounded intersection at the corners?
