I feel lost, I am a wood turner, like a Cue maker wanting to cut in V groves into my wooden smoking pipes.
I have a rotary indexer.
Logan 10X 20 model 1957 metal lathe without a taper bar .
Live cutter on the tool post.
Not sure about tooling needed to do this.
The V groves are being cut for doing wood inlays like points on a pool cue.
Other is the groves or points need to be even .
