Die Filer

Once you use it you'll never not find ways to use it. Mostly there obsolete with cnc machines. But us old guys used those many years. I've wanted one but plan on building one some day. You will want to find some machine files costly but eBay has some every once in awhile. I bought a several in a lot and saved tons. Good luck , have fun.

It looks like an All American model S1500. Here's a link to the manual for it: http://vintagemachinery.org/pubs/detail.aspx?id=4477 I think Do-All bought out All American some years back. I have one that has both All-American (lower) and Do-all (tensioner) tags on it.

The DoAll filers were manufactured by All-American and sold under the DoAll name from what I've read... they are the same machine. Yours has a few options that mine didn't come with, such as the variable speed control and the table tilt control mechanism.

Very nice... thanks for posting the link!
