I have 4 Carrymaster 1800 leveling castors that state:
Load Capacity: 3,307 lbs/ea | 6,614 lbs w/4
I'm contemplating using these for the band saw, am I missing anything other than added height, any safety concerns? Or just don't do it thoughts?

just the obvious.... never cut with the landing gear (wheels) down- it will be like herding cats to cut

Vertical or Horizontal DoAll?
I would not like the extra height on my vertical DoAll. Definitely on my horizontal bandsaw.

Cheers
Martin

It's a vertical saw, I'll have to see when it gets here, I'm slightly tall at 6'2".

6-2” , that will be perfect.
cheers

Martin, or anyone would you know the diameter of the hole in the base that is used for anchoring? My stud is a 5/8 bolt , and I'm going to cut the hex off, turn it down, and thread it for 1/2" at the top.
