Does anyone know about a Vintage Atlas 6" metal turning lathe Model 3950 serial 2610.

Im trying to figure out how old it is and where i might be able to find a new adjustment handle.

I have one, it has some weaknesses but it's ok as a starter machine., keep checking Ebay for parts. The rear idler pulley needs constant lubrication.
You can find the 2L290 belt at USA bearings and belts if you need one
It was made in the 70s
 
If you are referring to the tailstock ram lock handle that is missing in the photo, I believe that is Atlas part M1-47. If you can't find them on ebay there are a few companies that make reproduction ones. They are a bit expensive though and you can occasionally find an entire tailstock assembly on ebay for not a whole lot more, especially if you need more than just the handle. (lock sleeves and bolt)
