Of course it counts, Just think of the folks that pay good money for iron before they get to rebuild/restore them. Couple of rattle cans and you have a project !! Win Win. Hop it up and race with Zero !!

It is a 49cc 2 stroke piston port.

The 74 EZ-GO Was an electric and I converted it to gas with a 79 Robin PG2 2Stroke engine and rear end on leaf springs. Oh and it runs, I drive it to my son's house 2 blocks down the street.
