[Update] Donating Members PLEASE READ!! Upgrade Email Reminders

One of the convenient features for H-M Donating Members is an email reminder notifying you that your upgrades are about to expire. This email is set to deliver 7 days prior to your upgrade expiration date.

The way the feature works is that you are supposed to get the email and then you extend your subscription for another year. Two problems are occuring:

1) Members are not able to extend their subscription until after their subscription expires,
2) Some members are not receiving the email.

For these reasons, the staff has decided to take the add-on offline until a patch has been released and tested.

What does this mean for you? You will need to log-in and go to your account preferences under your profile name in the upper right section of the H-M menu bar. Once there, you can check your "Membership Levels" and determine when your account expires. When it does, go in and upgrade your account for another year as you normally would.

The Expiration and Extend features have been reinstated. Please send a note to support@hobby-machinist.com to report any bugs or problems encountered now the features are running again.

UPDATE: December 13, 2019

The Expiration and Extend features appear to be working as expected since the reinstatement of the add-on on November 7. Please see this link for a How-To thread on extending your Donation for another year.

For those that have permission problems that appear suddenly: this is likely because your donation level subscription has run out and you must renew. Please refer to the link in this thread to get a walk through on how to renew.
