[Source] Duplicate Cross Slide Lead Screw And Nut

Is there anyone here who can duplicate the cross slide lead screw and nut? I can send both items. This is for my 10x24 Taiwan made lathe.

There is an individual on eBay that sells these parts for different lathes, I would check to see if he can mill a replacement.

I think they are different, so worth contacting both, hope one of them comes through for you. Might post some pictures of what you need done to see if someone in the forum might be able to make the parts.
