This is a battery charger in steroids. You can charge Pb, NiCd, NiMh, LiFe and LiMn batteries with this one.
The output voltage will adjust itself automatically once You have connected the battery and chosen the cell type regardless the number of cells in series. Then just choose the output power and press go.
The maximum current is around 10A and maximum voltage is about 48V.

The project files include the PCB design and the AVR code. The physical appearence of the charger is up to You ... :)

Please, look at the eagle folder in my server. You should find a PDF file in there. Unfortunately the schematic seems to be a PostScript file in the zip.
