Does anyone know if this lathe has a morse tapered spindle bore? I'm not at home now but from memory the bore size (if it's tapered) might be a morse #4 or #5.
I have 2 gun barrel blanks to turn down/profile and I want to index off the bore itself. I have live center for tailstock but if the head is tapered I'll have to purchase the proper dead center and a dog to drive it. I have a camlock plate. Any help?
The grizzly lathe that's similar does have an MT#5 spindle but I'm not sure about mine.
