ENCO109-1005 Switch lathe to mill problem

I have an ENCO 109-1005 combination lathe/mill. I have been using it as a lathe mostly but now I need the use it as a mill. The problem is I can't find how to switch from lathe to operate the mill spindle. Any and all help appreciated, Greeves

I figured it out! There is a round black cylinder on the drive spindle in the belt cabinet. When the black cylinder is pulled out it runs the lathe, when the black cylinder is pushed in it runs the mill.
If anyone would like to know more please let me know.
