ER32 Price insanity

Sorry link won't copy. But it is a ER32 collet 1/2" on eBay for $999.99 plus shipping of $29.99 to South Africa. Am I going crazy or what's the deal here?

Typical OOS tactic. Sellers often change the price to something ridiculous when they are out of stock so no one makes a purchase. They do this so they don't have to create a new listing when they get more & so they don't loose purchase history (makes their listing look more appealing to buyers).
If you look at the purchase history it shows that they were selling for $9.99. Shars does this too but at least they will change the title to state OOS.
