Estate Sale in Nebo, NC (Facebook Market Place)

I don't see nearly $15,000.00 worth of machinery unless prices have gone up considerably in the last few months, or NC is a machinery dessert. Around here retail prices from used machinery dealers would be about half of that at best. More likely around a third.
 
I'm not sure around this area anymore.
In that auction in NE TN yesterday one of the Southbends - untooled, no chucks, nothing, went for $2400, it's twin, missing a tail stock went for $850.
Then a few weeks ago an SB at an estate sale here in town went for $340 w/tooling.
