A Victor 1340 lathe was donated to my makerspace, and in the process of preparing it for use I found some issues in the feed gearbox.

The "E" position spur gears are damaged and the countershaft end bearing is shot, likely the cause of the gear damage.

If you know of a donor machine, I am interested. There is likely other name plates with the same parts, but Idon't know what they are.

Welcome to H-M.

If you have the damaged gear(s) out of the assembly, it would vastly expand your chance of finding replacement(s) by posting the dimensional characteristics of what you want.

The linked calculator should help you get started on the gear(s)

Posting pictures of the damaged parts would also be helpful.

Finding specific parts for vintage machines is usually a long shot, and may be impossible. Your best bet is to find gears that can be made to fit or make new ones.
