First project

Hi all )

I have just completed my first project recently, simple double acting, oscillating engine, had never got round to it due to setting up my garage conversion & making stuff to make stuff with over the past year, if you get my drift, anyhow it was made from drawings off the internet, hopefully the pics /vid will load up ok...

Initial machining of flywheel..



Some completed parts.. top & bottom cylinder covers, piston, conrod, main shaft, crank wheel, & marking out of frame..



Drilling inlet & exhaust ports, machining base flywheel pocket & frame & machining chamfers on cylinder block



Part assembly.. Finished assembly.. plus video of it running on approx 8 - 10 psi..

Pretty Darn Cool. I never get tired of seeing chips fly! Much better than my first oscillating engine! Great pictures. Thanks for sharing.
