Food and drink in the work area! (IPA + ethanol + methanol)!

I've never done it, but I've seen it twice. One case was a ha-ha, the other involved my boss swallowing charcoal tablets in the ER for the evening. I am glad OSHA didn't fine him for the HAZCOM violation (unmarked container).

My favorites were from my Army days, when at least quarterly some busy-working soldier would absent-mindedly grab his nasty spit bottle instead of the bottle with Gatorade in it and chug for a dose of Copenhagen splootch. Uff! That's a nasty habit, 'specially when it bites you in the rear like that!
 
I recall somebody quoting the golden rule of spit cups ... if it smells like wintergreen, don't drink it!
