Wow, very nice. I like your hoist setup. Really nice carvings too. I'm not to fond of heights either. I'd rather work with metal, you can always throw in a weld. Wood is a little harder to patch.

Thanks solo. Used the trailer winch and the battery out of the lawn tractor. Made easy work of getitng the old window down and the new one up.

I'm glad I don't work with wood - that looks like a lot of work.

Certainly makes for a stunning entryway though. Very nice.

Very nice results on your project, being a woodworker myself, I can appreciate all the hard work you put in on the foyer. The craftsmanship shows, congrats.
