Gone Milling Attachment Project?

Here is what looks to me like a possible milling attachment. I am not sure it's origin. Let me know what you have. Needs: MT3 taper shank drills, 5" brass round stock 3" thick, ?

Lol is right. Now you have two! BTW, it appears to be partially completed, as there is no clamping. I have access to plenty of milling, but every once in a while, these could fill a need. The draw back is properly mounting the cutter.
