FreeCAD User tutorial ??

I just downloaded FreeCAD today and not having more than a vague clue about it's use
I am now looking for how to's on it.
I had a basic class of CAD in college MAAAANNNY years ago to supplement my Machine tool courses...
There are a lot of vids on u tube, does any one here know a particularly useful one ???

Play a couple of the likely candidates and see if they fit your way of thinking.
