Spell check . It is an evil ever present entity. It can change the entire meaning. It will change entire words even if spelled correct .

Some amazing deals have been found at ads like that.
If it is in a safe area go check it out. even if you don't want anything maybe you can steer her the right direction.
My wife will have 4 sons to sort my stuff so she'll get a fair price for everything that they don't want or is duplicated but many widows don't have that peace of mind.

you are all overlooking the possibility that she is very smart in advertising, and worded it that way to get all the attention to her needed sales. I'll bet she had gobs of potential buyers check her stuff out, and got it all sold.
