Gears cutters

Hi!,
I am green in gear cutting.I want to by set of 8 cutters for gears and would like to know difference between M2, M4, 1,75 PA20, 1,25 1,50 PA20, DP16 PA14,5 etc.

I'm new to the gear cutting scene also. This book was recommended here and is worth having.
P.A. = pressure angle
D.P. = Diametral Pitch (Imperial gear dimension)
M2 ,M4, 1.75, 1.25, 1.50 I will assume are module sizes which are metric.

How are you getting on with your gear cutting .
I purchased a set off m1 cutters when i started out to make smallish gears
