Does anyone know what pitch and pressure angle the change gears in the 1236 1340 1440 lathes are?

I cannot answer your question, but FYI, the 1340GT has one gear used to convert from inch to metric threading. The Norton gearbox itself doesn't use/need change gears. One of the main reasons I bought it.

Are you looking at making some additional change gears for a particular lathe to add missing threading options?

I have been looking at the 1236 Precision and the 1340GT for a bit larger lathe than I have. Neither shows to cut 11.5 or 27 US thd. or .8 metric. I cut these occasionally on my 9" SB A model. I found a post here https://www.hobby-machinist.com/threads/pm1236-qcgb-complete-thread-pitch-list.59034/ that shows that 27 can be cut with available change gears ( 22/44 or 24/48 or 26/52). I suppose the gears are available from PM. The only way to do 11.5 is with 23/32 gears. My understanding is that these would have to be made. What gears does the 1340GT come with?
