i purchased a fully operational 20x40 lathe with DRO for $100 more than the asking price of this toolholder.
i can't justify the toolholder expense

While it may be original, I've been happy with my Asian made Multifix knockoff that I paid a helluvalot less than that for. I've got an original Swiss tool holder that fits fine on it too. I'd never go back to a regular square qctp.
