Great Auction - eastern MN

Wow, and I thought I had a lot of stuff!

I'll be buying stuff. Only 35 minutes away. Are those Enco mills any good?

I'm just sorry that it isn't Farmington NM.:confusion:

I'll share my auction theory.

The very best auction to attend is an estate auction with a line of clean equipment. the guy kept it up and did not pull any shenanigans before the sale.

The worst auction to attend is a bankruptcy with everything looking broke and dirty. Total caveat emptor

I place this auction near the top of my scale.

now as to the Enco mill, it will be an asian knockoff of a bridgeport. these mills are fine if not rode hard and put away wet.

The mill and lathe both went for more than $4000. Then you add in the 18% plus the tax i think you have to pay and someone paid way to much imo.
