[Newbie] Grizzly G4000 For Sale

This guy is selling his dads tools on craigslist. It's the G4000. He's not sure what parts components come with it and since I'm kinda new to milling I'm not quite sure what to look for. I looked at Grizzly website and they have a list of what comes with.
He's asking $500.
I'm thinking of offering $300 and see if he bites.

Looks like a motor upgrade on it. Don't wait long. For $500 it would be in my shop already. See it run, ask what else he has in the way of tooling to help you get started.

I sold my G4000 last year for $600. It was gone in two days. $500 is a very fair price if the lathe is in good shape.

I like the G4000, but needed to add the stabilizing plate to mine from little machine shop right away. I like that lead screw chip cover and have a G4000, anyone know where i can get one of those?
