I also have a Gorton pantograph and like said above it does need a slight learning curve, at least for me. Like, if you want a ratio not on the machine, good luck, set aside a good part of your day to get it right. And if you want to trace a PERFECT circle, good luck again, there goes the rest of your day. BUT, would I get rid of the machine with the bad talk I just made, NEVER, it has more capability than I want in my shop. I do a lot of micro machining and the Gorton used as a micro milling machine outdoes any micro mill that I have seen. And the thing engraves too!...Dave

That's exactly why she is in my shop, and also why I'm not upset there is no letter table. As I'm thinking one from cold rolled with some drilled/taped holes will work well to duplicate small parts.

Yes, Thank you.
I had conversations with the seller back when he had two (one with T slots)
The set up on the 3U was different.
He was kind of guessing that maybe it was actually a Deckel.
