Half nut dovetail lube ?

Not that the throw lever is getting stiff but I still wonder if there is an easy way to get some lube on the dovetails and throw mechanism for operating the half nuts. (for a Grizzly 0750 style lathe)
There does not seem to be an obvious provision for regular lubrification in this hard to reach location but surely it could use some lube from time to time yes?

Drill a couple of holes above the dovetails in the apron, if there's room, to squirt some oil into to lubricate the half nuts. If not feasible, apply a little of lubriplate grease or EP-0 or 1 grease to the dovetail.

Can you get a flex hose oiler back to them where you could pump a little in every once and a while and just let it run down. On my old jet there is just enough room to do that if I want.
