Help Identifying this Clausing Lathe

Picked this up at an estate sale. Runs smoothly and can not believe the run out is just at a thou.

What the heck is it?

Is there manuals for it"

How in the heck do I change the belt?

Looking for help here. I would love to get this little guy operational and let it handle nothing but threading operations. What size QCTP does it use?

You can replace the belt with a link type belt, otherwise the spindle and countershaft would have to be disassembled. There is one just like it near here, I helped the guy by working the clutch over, but know nothing about it other than that.
