Help with thread

I am trying to post a thread but it will be of no advantage without pictures. The pictures are giving me a problem. I went to "Manage Attachments" and loaded the pictures but I couldn't figure out where to go from there. I tried to publish but it didn't work or it takes an awful long time to upload. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The last step is Insert Inline. It is a bit clunky to use.

Write your text, then click "insert image"
It will ask if you want to upload the file from your computer or if you use a photo hosting website, (such as photobucket) you can link it from there.

if you edit your photo and reduce its size it will upload faster
