Most expedient would probably be to make it- Hendy parts are not exactly growing on trees nowadays

Hendeyman on the "other" machining site has some parts available.
I had similar issue with my 14x30. Broken handle on quick change gear box, after several email exchanges He said he did not have part but thought he had drawing. Wanted $$ to search for drawing and if found wanted $57 for a pdf copy of it.
I decided to make my own using the speed change lever similiar to the one shown in your post for pattern.
On mine there were dimensional differences. I think each of these were hand finished so that no two were exactly alike.
