Highest Quality Rotary Table

I have a 10" Walter which is a very nice piece.

Moore for accuracy. Troyke for heavier milling operations While maintaining good accuracy. Nikken is also very good. I have one of each. The Moore is magnificent and only goes on the jig borer or jig grinder. The Nikken is used most for milling as it’s smaller and lighter than my Troyke, but still too heavy to lift. Can’t go wrong with any of these in good condition. Walter,Deckle,SIP are harder to find but excellent quality when buying, really consider your work size. I’ve found 12” is really small when adding workholding That’s not a chuck Happy hunting!F5CB3FA0-3929-45CF-8F45-116E13DD2286.jpeg4FC9D338-6779-461C-ACB0-FF7F7199595D.jpegD2252C20-28D6-47BC-9A76-AC5677ED368E.jpegB46FBB4B-E6CD-4747-B7F9-B3FCCAABC80F.jpeg

Yuasa are quite good and mid-priced, Moore if you need very high precision. It also depends on the type you are looking for and if you need a chuck mountable type Super Accu-Dex or Super-Dex have an interchangeable chuck/base plate and a combination of indexing plates as well as graduated dial. Otherwise I would go with a horizontal/vertical type, and size wise either a 6" or 8". I have a Super-Dex which has a removable 6" set-tru style chuck as well as an 8" face plate, which is about as big as I would recommend for a Bridgeport style/size knee mill. Mine is around 130 lbs. with the chuck, so a bit of a beast to move around, the 8" I would consider to be too large and heavy in this style of rotary table. Clamping and positioning the rotary table takes some juggling if you go bigger than 6".
