Hold down bolt placement on full size mill table?

It's a 5 lug hub, it was probably a 3,000lb trailer. Each side had to support 1500lbs. The arm of the crane is a little over 3' in length. My fuzzy Polish math guesstimates that 300-400lbs should be fine. I have a similar set up on my dump trailer that has a hydraulic cylinder on it.
