Holding tiny drill bits (down to .3mm)

My 1/4 keyless chucks (one a Tormach and the other a Phase II) will grip drills to .008" as well as my #1B Jacobs chuck.

For drilling printed circuit boards, I use the carbide printed circuit drills with 1/8" shanks.
