This was a lot of fun making this (video is in HD so you can choose that in Youtube) and even more fun running it
off a Jensen 20G steam engine ..... the Hammer Mill is LOUD !!!!!

That looks like one heck of a felt-making, pound-anything, finger-mashing hammer mill!

As one of my friends always used to say, "Well, it's got a nice beat and you can dance to it." :lmao:

I'm a more familiar with seeing a rotating disc providing the action to raise and drop the hammers.

Very good job. The fit and finish looks great, and I really dig that little dynamo.

Thanks for the replies everyone, much appreciated. The little generator lights that bulb very well, it just needs to be spinning faster. It put a nice load on the steam engine and makes it have a very nice chuff.
