Horticulturists

Horticulturist, the only one I knew who used that as his occupation, was really the largest pot grower in CNY. Much like my neighbor said his SIL’s former job was an unlicensed pharmacist...........:)
 
It would take 2 min If I pruned it, but that's when the fight would start.....
 
If it was me, I would look for a Japanese bonsai pruning shear. They will likely work better and last longer than their western counterparts.
 
Some of the branches have gone without pruning for about 3 seasons, and have gotten thick, and bushy. Last year there were 260 blooms that were opening 2-4 a day. this season the plant went off giving 350 blooms rapid fire, and not fully opening all of the time. If at all possible I'd like to keep it her job. Maybe if she went at it every season those would work for her, we'll see how she does.
